For sedans and SUVs, cancellations made within four hours of the scheduled service, or without prior notice, will result in a full charge. For stretch limousines and Sprinters, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service, or without proper notification, will also incur a full charge. Wedding and prom reservations require at least three weeks’ notice for changes or cancellations, and a minimum of six hours will be charged during these peak seasons.
